Namami Brahmaputra
The five-day Brahmaputra river festival titled Namami Brahmaputra,  is going to be held across 21 districts in the State from March 31 to April 4.

The Namami Brahmaputra festival will take off in the form of a spectacular opening ceremony on the riverfront of Bharalumukh on March 31.

The five-day Brahmaputra river festival is to showcase the National Waterways, especially NW-2 and NW-16, as the drivers of economic development and prosperity.

The NW-2 from Dhubri to Sadiya is a bridge to drive economic progress in South East Asian markets, as part of India’s ‘Act East Policy’.
