Nagaland is one of the states in northeast India that has remained somewhat mystic to the outside world. Thinking of Nagaland conjures up images of exotic foods, amazing natural spots and indigenous tribes living life away from modern civilization etc. However, things have changed with time drastically. Present generation Naga women do not limit themselves to household chores and bringing up kids alone! A number of talented and brave Naga ladies have stepped into the glamour world in the last decade. These Naga models have sizzled the ramp and made a place for themselves in the competitive world of showbiz and modeling. This is no mean feat considering they all had to battle and overcome several hurdles like lack of experience, cultural prejudice and initial opposition from their families.
