Northeast India has no dearth of talent and this has very often attracted big names to hunt for talents from this part of the world. In a similar instance, famed Bollywood music director and composer Pritam seems to have been smitten by a local talent from Sikkim and is on the look out for this talent.

As per a local news information, this cheerful faced young man is usually seen around East Sikkim playing his traditional wooden “Sarangi” infusing melodious Hindi and Nepali songs. He is now popular on social media handles. He is identified as Santosh who has been continuously pleasing lakhs of people in Sikkim since the last 5 to 6 years beside the streets and resting places.
Only recently, the pioneering entrepreneur cum CEO of Gangtok Travel, Pravesh Chhetri uploaded Santosh’s video on Youtube and Facebook which turned to become viral throughout the world. Interestingly the video caught the attention of acclaimed Indian Music Director cum Singer Pritam which led him to post the above tweet.
