TBSE results 2018: Akashdeep De bags 1st position, 2nd place shared by 5 students!

But there are five candidates who jointly stood 2nd in Madhyamik (Secondary Examination). Debaki Debnath from Udaipur English Medium School, Ashique Alam from Udaipur English Medium School, Abir Debnath from Belonia English Medium School, Subrajit Chakraborty from Shiksha Niketan School, Deep Joy Rudra Sharma from Vivekananda Sishu Niketan secured 2nd position with 480 marks each.

While speaking to media topper Akashdeep De said ” There is no alternative to text books. If someone aspires to do good in board examinations than he has to read the text books which I have studied by hard. I used to study around 6-7 hours a day.” He aspires to pursue medical studies in the near future.

Meanwhile, Gourab Deb who has topped the TBSE, Higher Secondary Science Stream examination this year with 96.6 % marks was also from Netaji Subhas Vidyaniketan Higher Secondary School. It is also a very proud and prestigious day for the school.
